There’s something about Saturday mornings that make you notice the subtle changes in the air.. the feeling that something is shifting, even if you can’t name it yet.
Lately, I’ve been feeling that quiet current under everything.. the kind that tells you the season you’re in is about to change. Not in a dramatic way, but in that subtle, almost spiritual way that makes you stop mid-thought and realize.. oh, something’s different now.
When that feeling shows up, our first instinct is usually to control it. To plan. To start asking, “What can I do to make the thing I want happen faster?”
But that mindset is exactly what pulls us out of alignment. We start treating our desires like projects instead of energy.. like outcomes we need to build instead of frequencies we need to match.
What I’ve learned is that every shift comes with its own rhythm. Every season of life asks for something different from you. Some require movement, action, initiation. Others require stillness, reflection, and alignment. When we ignore that natural rhythm and start trying to force things into form, we disconnect from the very flow that was guiding us toward them in the first place.
So if you’re feeling the tides change, that quiet sense that something new is trying to emerge; your job isn’t to rush ahead and start forcing the next chapter to arrive. Your job is to position yourself. To get still enough to understand what this season is asking of you.
Maybe it’s time to let go of something that used to feel safe.
Maybe it’s time to clear space for what’s coming.
Maybe it’s simply time to rest and refill your own cup before the next wave arrives.
We forget that manifestation isn’t about pushing harder.. it’s about aligning deeper. It’s about tuning yourself to the energy of what you’re calling in, not by overthinking it, but by becoming the person who naturally attracts it.
Positioning is everything. It’s the energetic posture that tells the universe, “I’m ready.” Not because you’re chasing, but because you’re aligned. Because you’ve stopped asking when it will happen, and started asking who you need to be while you wait.
So if you’re in that in-between space right now; where the tide hasn’t fully turned, but you can feel it building… don’t rush to make sense of it. Don’t fight the current. Sit with it. Listen. Adjust your stance.
Because when the tide finally comes in, it won’t be about who worked the hardest to control it.. it’ll be about who was most prepared to receive it.
Happy Saturday.
Here’s to trusting your season, honoring your position, and letting the tides do what they do best, carry you forward.
