It’s been a while since I last wrote here.
If you’ve followed my journey through Metanoia Madness; the podcast, the community, or honestly.. even your if just coming across this.. you’ve probably noticed that this space has been a ghost town
The truth is, I stepped back for a bit.. well more like I created this space but wasn’t really ready to fully step into it yet. Not because I stopped creating or reflecting, but because I was being reshaped. Over the past year, I’ve been deep in my own process of transformation.. the kind that doesn’t always fit neatly into content calendars or scheduled posts. I’ve been learning to live what I teach, to move from theory into embodiment, and to trust that even the pauses are part of the path.
But as I look at where Metanoia Madness is headed, I realize how this blog can serve as another source of inspiration and insight for the community. This blog was always meant to be more than an archive.. it was meant to be a living journal of growth. A space to explore what it really means to evolve, to surrender, and to consciously shape the life you’re called to live.
So here’s my recommitment:
Moving forward, I’ll be using this space to share more consistently.. reflections on transformation, mindset shifts, healing, energy, creativity, and intentional living. The same conversations you’ve come to love from the podcast, now grounded in long-form writing that allows for more depth, nuance, and reflection.
Expect new posts that dive into topics like:
• Navigating life transitions with clarity and self-trust
• The balance between surrender and discipline
• How to break free from old identity patterns
• building habits that align with your higher self
• Understanding energy and vibration through a modern spiritual lens
If you’ve been part of the Metanoia Madness journey, this blog will serve as your written companion.. a resource you can return to when you need clarity, inspiration, or a reminder that you’re not alone in your process.
And if you’re new here, welcome. This space is for the seekers, the thinkers, and the ones who are done pretending everything’s fine when they know they’re meant for more.
If you’d like to stay connected as new posts go live, make sure you’re subscribed to the email list. I’ve been quietly collecting names and emails. Eventually I’ll be sharing exclusive insights, journal prompts, and reflections I don’t post anywhere else.
This next chapter isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.. showing up, even when things are still unfolding.
Here’s to consistency, growth, and the beautiful madness of becoming.
